I went to see my wife after her delivery!!!

27-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
My wife left me on April 17,2021 and i visited her on July 17,2021 and i was not able to visit again because of my mother in-law we had misunderstanding's and they didn't inform about baby shower, baby delivery till now i'm not sure it's boy or girl and what color our baby is. When my wife was with me we went for checkup and doctor had given an estimate date saying Nov 8,2021 - Nov 14,2021. So i went to visit my wife and baby but my mother in-law said my daughter will be stressed if she see's you so my family returned back without seeing. Again January 25,2022 i went my mother in law abused me and i became angry and broke window glass of my in-laws home. So she filed case against me in Chennai and CSR was given to them. Even till now i didn't get chance to see my kid or talk to my wife openly. My Mother in-law is brainwashing my wife saying things i haven't done. They are influenced politically should i be worried they will separate my wife and kid.

Dear Sir, If your wife is strong to face her mother none can separate you from your wife and child. Better file Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and also child case seeking visitation rights. You may succeed in both the cases.
