I want divorce from my husband as i dont love him even i m not happy with him.I love someone else and want to marry him! What should i do

First you need to take divorce from your husband only then you can marry with the person you are in love.. But loving any person other than your husband is not a ground for divorce. You need to file a case allegeing what kind of cruelty you are facing from your husband.

u can get divorce from ur husband. for that u have to apply in the court with help of advocate.
if there are quarrels and both dint like each other you apply to the court. if it is with consent of both it requires little time.
