Q: Property of in law to my child

Actually my child is suffering from cerebral palsy. I need a maintenance from husband but husband is not working. As my child only of two months I am unable to work. My in laws and husband said that they want me to stay with those. They evicted from home forcefully. They didn't even know child is suffering from such medical condition. I don't have a single rupee to spent for the treatment of child. My in laws and husband not even came to see the child after birth. They kicked me from home in 5month of pregnancy. My husband blocked all calls msgs .Not a single talk with those. Kindly help me what should i do to get maintenance. Or put them in behind jail bars.?

Q: Objection against lift by single member in society building

Ours is coop.society building.Society has given NOC for lift afetr Lift proposal was approved in AGM meeting.Only one member from ground floor is objecting for lift while rest 15 members have no objection.Ours first,second and third floor memebrs are senior citizen , suffering from knee problems . How to resolve his objection as our all efforts are in vain.

My wife has raise on me wrong NCR, Under CRPC No. 149.Notice..... 323,504,506....i have not paid any fine and not arrested by police to me. is this matter to police verification? Because i am private sector BPO employee.

hisee this is serious matter, in this police may arrest u at any time without court permission. so u HV to take anticipatory bail as early as possible. otherwise police will arrest u. mater will be lengthy and time consuming. if u r in pvt co gor job it will become hard. so my advice is to take anticipatory bail.thankbyou
