Q: Transfer of property in death of one of owner
Hello. My parents have bought flat in 2006 in Mumbai jointly the shares certificate has names of both my parents. I was the nominee with 100% shares. My father died in 2007 the society had transferred the share certificate in name of mother. Now can my mother make a will to transfer the property to me without any needs of her others children consent

yes first you need to apply for NOC for your business by written mode before Grampanchayat.
