I want a contract to be signed

10-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married due to family pressure and never cohabitated with the guy. I am an adult and chose to stay away and wanted to move to a different city and some of my friends helped me. My family is orthodox and I want to make sure that my friends are not questioned or blamed at so can I want to sign a contract so that there is no legal implications for them. Could someone please answer on how I can go about it.

Their is no need to make any contract and even legally they are third party and has nothing to do with your family life. If your marriage was because of pressure then you can issue legal notice for divorce to your husband as marriage itself is void. Also if your family is behaving in dominant way you can move with domestic violence case.

Sorry to know about your situation. As you are already married and willingly don't want to continue cohabitation with your husband, there arise no question of your friends being framed into any case... At the outset you can file a case against your husband if he has I'll treated you.

Well, I can assist you for that. No worries, your problem will be solved. I can understand your concerns. Your Parents should not have forced you to get married. Now, remain like a free bird. Don't worry, nothing will happen to your friends. I will guide you what needs to be done now.
