I have filed 498a and DV case against my husband and in-laws

Hello all learned counsel. I had filed 498a and DV case against my husband and in laws. Post the cases my husband transferred the property to his mothers name. I filed a case against this property in family court and now I have got a stay on the property. What will happen next

I suggest you take the 498a case to trial and chargesheet.
and the case will start. also mention about the property in DV and dowry case basis this you will be able to get a good relief.
Also make sure that his parents are also involved in the DV case.

case will proceed further, in 498 A if chargesheet is filed the trial will start and after evidence and argument the court will decide whether they are guilty or not, in domestic violence case if you prove your case the relief which you have asked from court will be granted, normally maintenance, stridhan and protection orders are asked see what relief you have asked and proceed with the case.
