I got married in 2009 and it could not run successfully. Since than I am leaving with my parents and my husband comes at our home abuse us and create scene in our locality and make us trouble while we neither call him or make any connection with his family. But he and their family call us and threat and they have made my family life miserable I want to teach them a lesson because they troubled us alot. We don't want to talk them or want to keep any relation but he come in every 2-3 months and gives us unnecessary tension. We are fed with him, please advise what should I do I have 2 kids 1 kid is totally disable and I am totally depends on my parents and create tension for all of us. Please advise how can we get rid of such torublesome person.
You can always file a complaint against him with the police station of your area. And if you want to go legal then you can file a Domestic Violence case against him and claim your monthly maintenance for yourself and for your children. hello clients as i can see your issue is really very serious in nature. so it need to take legal action against your inlaws . so 8n this matter you need to take action so tht shouod visit jail thet should remain in custody they really deserves it and they shouod pay you heavy allimony

First of all, file a CAW complaint against him for such violence and harassment and secondly, file a divorce on the grounds of cruelty. You and your children are also eligible for maintenance from your husband, as he is obligated to maintain you all under the law, therefore, you can file a separate suit for maintenance as well.
