I dont want continue my relation with my husband, from august 2019 I m living with my mother in kanpur, my husband snatched my sim on August 2019, and he ported that no with his id so now he is the owner of tha no, but still he is using that no in watsapp by my name and using my photo in dp without my permit , is it legal? Our disputes going on in court and he is using my name and my photo in watsapp without my permission, can I take any legal action regarding this? Please let me know soon. I am hindu and bhramin by caste.
