I am the first wife but my late husband added 2nd wife name in nominee.nIn 2009 I filled a maintenance case against my husband which was ex party for him as he did not attend any hearing. The court ordered 5000 RS per month. Later filed recovery suit where my husband paid through dd in the court but there is no acceptance as I'm his first wife After this every month he paid 5000 rs to my account which is cash deposit. In 2016 my husband passed away and in his service record he put 2nd wife name

I understand your question you are the first wife of your husband now your husband mentioned in service book nominee of the second wife but your name is not there in the service record no many book you are the first wife how to prove that yes it is possible to prove that is possible to prove that in the Gali

Dear Sir, You may seek declaration suit that your husband had not married second wife as such her name to be deleted from the service records. Also file complaint against the second wife saying that she allegedly married her husband during his lifetime without divorcing first wife.

you have file in civil court for declaration for declaring that your the first wife and you have submit some documents like marriage photos and where and when and how you got married and love or arrange marriage than no that much to show you may get many evidence than
