I want divorce from My partner. she is torturing me mentally and disrespecting me and informing lie to her family daily. She used to behave immaturely .

if you want to get the divorce the you shall have to file the divorce petition under section 13 Hindu Merriage Act. there are many ground to get the divorce and in your situation cruelty is sufficient ground for divorce. for more detail plz contact me.
