I am 27 n i want 2 live with my cousin brother alone in different city

I am 27 years Old If i choose to live with my cousin brother (29 years old) alone without marriage What if i got pregnant with my cousin brother without having marriage or we are living together My family identified about my pregnancy or they wants to know the father of my unborn baby Am i answerable to my family or police? Is this a crime to have a baby with your cousin brother? Or is my family can take action against him? What indian law says in this case?

Hello, I go through your questions, and the answer is that you can live with anyone you want to live with even without marriage with your cousin or your real brother and this is not a crime in an eye of law and if we talk about your baby then that will be illegitimate child because your relation is comes under prohibited relationship only in case if you are hindu under section 5 of Hindu Marriage Act but your cousin Borther have to give maintenance of the child forever and your child will only take inheritance property of your cousin brother which earned by himself and anything which I can help you then connect with me
