if you file a in high court for quashing your FIR than all the other proceedings in the lower court are stopped till the order of the high Court will come so it is good option for you that you file case before next date

Q: FIR with chargesheet converted to private complaint.
I have filed an FIR under section - 323/504/506 IPC. the case was registered by police and a chargesheet was also filed by police. My medical was also done by govt doctor for injuries sustained.The opposite party filled a counter FIR against me with medical.Then from Honorable High court Allahabad - he filed an appeal for quashing My FIR. High court single bench ordered to convert the case to a private complaint on false facts.Pls guide me.

Q: Annulment after getting divorce
A hindu person married to muslim girl after conversion in 2014 in arya samaj mandir and registered marriage under hindu marriage act in ghaziabad. Soon after girl left and never came back. Boy get the divorce decree in 2021 and married to other girl in 2020.Now whether annulment decree may be obtained from court to legalize marriage of 2020 in ghaziabad. ( reason girls not converted and remains muslim)

if the notice you received is signed by the advocate and not by the plaintiff, then it is valid, but if it is not signed by anyone, then it is unvalid because in legal notice only advocate will sign and not signed by the plaintiff
