Husband's extra marital affair and threat of separation during panchay

My husband has extra marital affair from last 10 years and isn't leaving her , we have fought over it many times, we have 8 year old son and he is now saying that I will tell panchayat (gathering of people from both side) that he do not want to live with me because I am character less, he has whatsapp chat proof of mine with my friend.
He is also threatening that he will take son with him, currently I am forcefully living in her mother's isolated/separate house , which is in her name, and he is saying he will throw me out of that house as that is in her mother's name.
Can you please advise me, how should I proceed and can he force me to leave her mother's house where I am living alone with my son.

as per your query I would suggest you that adultery is ground on which you can be legally separated from your husband but he cant force you to move out of the house as you are his legally wedded wife.
