Husbands affair with sister in law can wife file complain in police

Sir Actualy i want know our one relative his husband with bhabhi and he did not love his husband so what she can do any help from police aur any other way ,,, if you will allowed we can chat in hindi then i can explain you more ,,, waitning for reply

Yes she can file criminal case and at the same time suit for divorce. Moreover if sister in law is married then case of adultery is maintainable. And other then that their are so many provision in which she can file complaint before police. And I am comfortable with hindi also.

Adultery is a consensual physical correlation between two individuals who are not married to each other. According to Hinduism dictionary,” Adultery is sexual intercourse between a married man and a woman not his wife, or between a married woman and a man not her husband.” In Hindu shastras, adultery is considered as a serious breach of dharma. Yes she can file a complaint against her husband regarding adultery . and.in Indian.penal code their is specific punishment described for adultery. So you can suggest her to go and file a written complain against him.

Regarding your query first of all you can discuss this dispute with your family members or your senior parents . If you not got solution from this than you have a option to go police station or you can file a petition in court after consulting advocate.
