The legality of a marriage is not dependent upon whether the marriage was conducted by hindu rituals or arya samaj rituals. It would be considered a proper marriage in the eyes of law. However, your husband can now be charged for bigamy if either of the two wives file a complain.

Well your question.in both you are Hindu correct as per Hindu marriage act a Hindu can marry only once either by aryasamaj or by arranged marriage one you got married you cannot marry untill and unless you got Divoce from the court for futhervrecord or marriage consultation contact me in person

Under Hindu law your marriage is void. It has no legal sanctity. If you want to take any legal action you can do so. The conduct of your husband amounts to rape. As a wife you can not claim a benefit , so if your husband is able to maintain both of you properly and you do not have any problem , then you can proceed this relationship otherwise you have to take legal action against your husband. Revert me.

Your marriage is a valid marriage under the eyes of law but the second marriage of your husband is null and void. And can be prosecuted under ipc. If you want to take action against your husband then filed a complaint to the police station.
