husband gave fake impression to police that we got compromised

As my husband gave fake impression to the local police that we got compromised and staying together, 498a case has dragged more than one n half year.now police gotto know the truth so asked me to produce evidence ( marriage CD,bills at the time of dowry ,ornaments etc) Now,my doubt is, I took all my ornaments what ever my parents gave at the time of our marriage. Some bills aren't with me. Does this mean,my case gets weak? And after filing the case,my hub gave necklace and chain to our baby,that I brought back and kept for baby.does this weakens my case? How can I proceed ,what should I do for this for the real justice? Jus for this ,I don't want the real culprits to escape from the punishment. TIA.
