Husband forcing me to quit my job to live with him

Dear sir, Main apne sasural me domestic violence se pareshan ho chuki thi..meri merrage ko abhi 1.5 year huaa hai,,mein 8 month se husband se alag reh rhi hu,,unhone mujhe khud ghar se nikaal diya tha ladai krke,,fir unhone mujhper HMA RCR sec 9 case kar diya hai family court me..or mene women cell me kiya huaa hai...main jaana chahti hu..court me bhi mene yhi bola..lekin wo judge k samne lekar jaane ko bolta hai..mein us se jyada earn karti hu..M.A kiya h mene. fir counsellng me apni shart rkhta ki mein pehle job chhod du tb lekar jayega...please guide me mein kese apne sasural wapas jaau..pls advise.
First of all I want to know, what you require form this marriage ? Do you want to work further? If yes, then you cannot be compelled to leave your job if there was no agreement prior to your marriage. Further, RCR is proceeding whereby he is seeking for orders to direct you to join him in matrimonial house. But, in your case you cannot be compelled to live with her as he is assaulting you now and then. So there is justified reason for not staying with him. You can pursue your complaint with CAW cell and then get an FIR lodged against him under appropriate legal provisions of IPC.

Hi first of all gm u can ask the court that that u were been troubled a lot by the husband and the family and u can also ask for settlement. By which the court can send u to meditation where both the parties can sit and ask for the differences and tell them that u want to go back and live happily wiht the husband

Since you are working and educated enough to take care of yourself,I would suggest you not to leave job, and contest the case under DV. Secondly I think even if you go back to your in-laws house, the inhumane treatment against you will continue.
I also suggest you to file mutual / divorce​ Petition.
