Husband forcing first wife to leave his house

I am a muslim woman. My husband married second. Now i live in my husband's own house. He tortures me to leave his house. I have 2 daughters. Age 14 n 10.i dont like to leave his house. What should I do?

Madam r u legal second wife? Or .. xx . Legal second wife means u have right to stay same house. Otherwise u can file criminal complaint against him ( harassment). And also u can file civil petition against him for maintenance...
What about his first wife?.... she no more
Means u can file a complaint . If she’s living means ur daughters can file a complaint against him u will get Justice...
