If your husband was converted from Muslim to Hindu before marriage by following the process of law and on the basis of said conversion he entered into the holy relationship of husband and wife with you as per the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, then he now be legally treated as a Hindu unless he will not re-convert himself from Hindu to Muslim. socially he may be still known as Muslim and he can also follow the rituals of Muslims, but legally he is a Hindu. You can asked your husband to get publish a public notice in any leading newspaper to intimate the public at large to the effect that he is now a Hindu and not a Muslim.
