Husband claim in property of wife upon divorce

A christian female received inheritance on death of her father after marriage, now there is divorce suit in court, can her husband(soon to be ex) claim in her subject property?
husband has no right to claim on the property of wife which she has recieved from her father. It is wife who is entitled to claim in the property of his husband but not wife. Especially in your case where divorce suit is pending in the court, husband is liable to bear maintenance of his wife..

sorry no, the husband cannot ask for the claim in his wife's property. the property in her possession has been inherited by her from her father and therefore the right to claim goes to her and the husband cannot claim right in her property

No he can not claim in his wife's inherited property at time of divorce untill she herself is not ready to share it with him out of her sweet will and free consent.
Cristian Law of property do not accept any claim in self earned or inherited property of husband or wife. So be sure, your would be Ex. husband can not ask any share out of your inherited property at time of Divorce.
