Husband asking for divorce wife wants to file for restitution

If a husband is asking for divorce, how can a women prove the marriage consummation and ask for restitution with what kind of medical records

Well, there are few grounds for divorce, that has to comply, then only Husband or Wife entitled to get divorce. At the same time either party can file a petition for restitution of marriage as well. Its all depends on the ground of Divorce.

How your husband will prove not consummated? File restitution if not keen on divorce What reason he gave for non consummating?

Hello madam if husband asking divorce means court won’t give divorce without valid reasons the allegation by husband have to be proven by then only court grant divorce and if wife wants to file sec 9 application means she can file it
