Husband accusing me wrongly of being a bad daughter in law and wife

i have 2 daughters. my husband and myself are both doctors. i had an abusive marriage , i have been so depressed that never thought of gathering any proofs against my inlaws and husband. on the contrary my husband has been creating a case of cruelty against me. now i am at my parents house. they have sent a legal notice to come back in 3days and put several allegations of me as I have been a bad daughter in law and wife. People around have told me that this makes my case weak and I wont be even getting any maintenance for my children as I am working, if they seek a divorce. Kindly advice the options with me
You need to respond to this notice through a lawyer denying all the frivolous allegations that you husband has hurled upon you.
If yours's is an abusive marriage, you are not obligated to return back to your matrimonial home. It is important that you reply to the legal notice sent by your husband.
Also, file a case of domestic violence against your husband and in-laws. Also, report the domestic abuse that has been meted out to you by approaching the CAW cell of Police.

Reply that notice first then file DV Act Application before Court better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.

The related to maintenance is not as simple as it’s appears to be it differ from case to case ,with that to prove cruelty in any marriage you to put some conclusive and irrevocable evidences , it’s all depends how you pursue your case ,definitely you will get all your rights as per law .

By this query i can make out this is a matrimonial dispute. In this situation now u have to think what do you want out of your marriage. If you want to seek divorce then apply in family court. Your in laws and husband are accusing you for cruelty because they might be making a ground for divorce because in indian laws the cruelty is the offense against women done by their in laws.
