Husband abandoned his wife and 7 months old baby boy

I am a 36 year-old hindu mother of a 7-month-old baby boy. I work as a senior software engineer. Recently, my husband abandoned me and our baby without any communication from him and inlaws.he has made false accusations of mental cruelty against me by making a GD in local PS. I'm deeply hurt and concerned about my baby's well-being. Despite my efforts to maintain our marriage and fulfill my duties, he has distanced himself emotionally and refused cohabit .My priority is my child's welfare.

child's well being is paramount welfare the eyes of laws you must initiate proper legal actions so that your husband gets to pay the monthly expenditures of both you and your minor child and it is extremely painful for you that he has put all of you in destitite state

dear client as per your query since your husband doesn't want to live together but he needs to take care of the child you can file a maintenance case against him because he has deserted you not you yourself..

All the false allegations are there for him to prove, or the police to investigate. You can file a case under section 125 for maintenance for you and your baby. Yes you are working, maybe you don't need the money, but trust me it is more of an instrument to pressurise your husband. It is not at all okay for you to run from this court to that court on every date with your 7 month old baby, that's why I would not suggest you to take any more legal recourse.
