How to take legal action on parents for torturing their kid

My parents are mentally torturing me.I am 19 years old adult. Please help me what can I do?

Since you are 19 years old and if u could take care of yourself or can manage to earn a living then you can file for maintainence in the court and lodge an FIR against your family for torturing you Or you can approach any Ngo dealing with this matter

Dear client please describe your problem properly how they torturing you mentally. Dear they never torture you. They want only happens in our child. If any serious problem is there then told me in brief then I will give you better advice.

Hello Yiu haven't disclosed the kind of torture being inflicted on you. Anyways you are an adult and hence they cannot tell you what to do. If you are an independent person and are earning then leave your family home. If not then too you can file a complaint againstvthem if theya re doing something wrong to you. Regards
