How to protect my money before applying for a divorce

Hi, Married in Nov 2021, now we have a 6 mth old child. Want divorce. Have saving of 15 lks (from 15 yrs before marriage). Wife homemaker(was working befor marriage), I work. 1. Can my wife claim and will she get half of the 50 lks that I have been saving for many yrs even before marriage? 2. Is it legal if I transfer all money to secret account or my parents? 3. Wife 2nd marriage, got 25 lks alimony from 1st. Can she claim alimony again? How much I have to give?

Dear Sir, Please understand that alimony is the amount which you will agree and give to you and she is not entitled fro lumpsum alimony if you do not agree. If she files divorce case then you may say you are ready to pay monthly maintenance only. Further, wife has no right to get 50% of your savings etc.

see, home maker wife and kid you need to maintain. now, on what ground you are going to divorce, that is important. if not for wife but for kid you have to pay . maintenance depends of the income assets and liabilities of the person concerned. if she is having details of your savings how will you hide it !! depending on detail facts and circumstances of the case the maintenance depends. however, you have to maintain the kid.
