Yours is complicated case. You need perfect advise. Better bring all documents. Please find out whether you can deny relationship with your step brothet. Better fight full fledged. Never about the consequences. Best advise in person.

First let me know that the property acquired by ur father is self acquired property or ancestral property and if it is self acquired property you can get a gift deed from him further if it is ancestral property then you can Partition the property by drawing partition deed with help of advocate and get it registeredin sub registrar narrating entire facts in it.

your query does not disclose as to what is your status in the family. If he is coming for your property, you must show him as to how you acquired your property. If the property is your self acquired, he has no right. If your father's property, whether he made the will? so, better to approach the advocate who practice civil law. Good Luck.
