How to legally get son to provide financial support to senior parents

If a married working son is not giving daily expenses to his own non working parents then is there a way to get the money from the son legally or by the law of Indian constitution. Kindly explain.
You are very much entitled to get maintenance from your son. You have option to file application before Government authorities,where you are residing as well in the office of your son . You can file a case under section 125 of the criminal Procedure Code before chief Judicial court for getting maintenance.
