Is there any chance to get stay order on my father in laws ancestors property untill get the partition for my daughter. She is just 4 year old. But my husband did second marriage without getting divorce from me.

your husband second marriage is not valid so you are the wife till now as per law in case you can file through your anger daughter as a representative get capacity before the appropriate Court first consult a lawyer and go through legal process

You have good ground to take action against your husband. You and daughter will have rights in the husband's share in the ancestral property. You can file a suit in this regard. The 2nd marriage is not valid during the existence of first marriage.
