How to disown myself from my family legally.

16-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm now 21 years old. I live in Calcutta for my studies, My dad stopped sending me money for the last three months since the marriage of his eldest son. My Dad is a divorcee. I'm staying here with one of my uncle and auntie from five years. Now I want to officially sever all ties with my father and accept my uncle as my father and my auntie as my mother and my uncle and auntie have no objection to this at all. I don't want any complications in this matter. Please guide me what is the legal procedure?

for that you simply have to send a legal notice through your lawyer to your father that though he is liable to pay each and every bit of money till you are married and even after the age of 18 he is supposed to take care of your expenses and from now on you break all ties with him and your uncle and aunt will take care of you
