How to Disown an adult son as per Hindu religion

My mother aged 66 years wants to disown her 43 year old son . For past 6 years we don't have any contact with him. Want to know the procedure

You will need a advocate for this purpose. He/she will prepare a notice that will be published in the newspaper and then the copy of the same should be presented by you wherever it’s needed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Mother can disown her son by way of publication of a notice in 2 newspapers. However the same needs to be drafted as per law. Also you can file a suit for injunction against the son to refrain him enter the house. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

Sir you can give a notice in the national newspaper in national newspaper you give all the information regarding your son in the national newspaper. . Also you can file a civil suit in court for de bard your son
