You can file complaints with police of your area for all the above said tortures.( you can say you did not feel safe to complain at police station of his area). Also file for maintenance under DV Act.

Madam, u can give complaint in your police station/ for dowry harassment and torture, and u can also lounge a domestic violence case against your husband and his family, precaution is better than cure so take and inform ur parents and family members about the issues, and not thing is above law .

First confirm whether he is suffering from STD (Sexually transmitted disease) which is deadly in nature or curable. When you have borne so much torture with those wrong people then why you want to live with him as it may be dangerous to your life, why don't you file complaint against him and his family members for dowry harassment and you can also file domestic violence case and claim for maintenance from your husband. You should decide here instead of questioning us because they have crossed the limits of humanity.
