How to claim maintenance for me and my children

My husband remarried and has thrown me and my kids out of the house after hitting us . I want to claim maintance for me and my children, how do i do that? Also how can i avail free legal aid in Aligarh

Firstly we don't know about religion but for maintenance you can file a suit for maintenance U/S125 CRPC and in aligarh I would advise you to meet Adv. Ved prakash kaushik rest of all depends on your documents

Please let me know whether you are Hindu or Muslim .because there is different law for Hindu and Muslim .you also didn't mention wether your husband is in Govt job or in private job .until or unless we didn't know the whole story can't help you

You have several rights under various laws against your husband. Rights can be claimed through court for maintenance and others through various proceedings. To claim free legal aid you will have to submit application before district judge.

immediately file a bigamy case against him under respective police station, including voluntary beatings, and scolding, he will be booked, do file section 125 in family court with a respective advocate, if your husband is in govt. job inform his department he will lost his job.

Anyone can't throw away his legally married wife like this. You can approach the appropriate court of your district and file case of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.p.c. you will definitely get the same .
