How can marry a girl if family is not ready ?

ser me kisi se love karta hu or bo bhi mujse shadi ke loye ready hi. par uski family naaahi man rahi hi . hum bhagna nhi chahte to koi aisa rashta hi jisse hum court ke dwara shadi kr sake
First clear one thing that if both of you are from different religion than marriage should be different procedure and if both of you are same religion than in Hindu you may do marriage at valid arya samaj and after that register your marriage by registrar
