How can i get copy of complaint from women cell

01-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)

My wife complaint against me in women commission.Then WC sent a letter to police asking them to investigate the matter.DSP called my wife and ask for her statement.Then my wife withdrew complaint by saying that I will file complaint in our home state.Now police has closed the case. I want a copy of both , the complaint which she filed in WC and the police closure report.Please suggest me how can I do that.

Simply draft a application to the concerned person in women cell asking for copy of complaint against you and if there any final report has been placed against it then copy of the same as well.you will get them.

You'll have to go to the concerned WC and peruse the record in the record room. Only a clerk of the commission can help you in pulling out the particular complaint or if you get to know the complaint no., Pull out its certified copy.

Hi, You can ask the same through RTI. Send RTIs to Woman Commission as well as Police and ask for the copy of the complaint and action taken on the same. You will get the desired information through this.
