How can i file against my parents ?

Hello ! I'm a 16 years old girl( purvi ) . I'm in 11th class . My mother and my father just want me to suicide . My father said that i m a girl and girls do household chorus but i want to success my dreams i want to study but my father and mother gave me mental torture and they keep saying that after 18 they will force me to marry with a strange guy . I m full of having these talks . Sometimes i cry 4-5 hours continuously . I think of suicide many times but later i come to know that it is not the solution of all this .so what can i do ?

Hi Purvi, Take things easy, probably you are under pressure from studies etc. Have a talk with your friends and ease out. Parents don't want such things from their children. Please call for further details Good Luck Adv Dr Preeti

You can take legal action against them you can file an complaint against your parents to police station for torturing you and you can also ask for money for your expenditure, u can avail benefit of maintainance, they are legally bound to take care of you and to give money for ur need.. hi relex first of all suicide is not an any solution of any thing so be calm and do not thik these shit things. if you want to study you have right and its your choice to decide when you get marride and who is groom of yousrs
