Sir, I have a 11months baby after delivery my husband left me at my moms house and after the name ceromony I needed money for myself and my daughter therefore I asked for some amount from my salary which I never asked a single penny in 5 years of relationship but my husband refused to give and from than my husband and his father cane to my house one day and assaulted my brother and it was a big issue than he went to his house and have narrated a different story to my inlaws which is not true than recently after 12 months of the incidence my husband sent a divorce notice now with which is full of false statement nothing is true as I had to shift my house I have not received the notice than cane to know that the notice got returned as the concern person had shifted the house now my doubt is can he get the divorce without my sign and please tell me if he can change the property name on the inlaws name which is joint on my name and my husband name currently. I have also begged recently on

You can contest the divorce case and file maintenance case. With regard to joint property your husband cannot sell it without your consent and signature. If your husband and his family create problem then you can lodge police complaint in All Women Police Station in your area.

Kyon shifted the house the notice will go to the old house so it is impossible to get the information for the quota send or your husband's virus and any notice to you so you better to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights to living together and also for maintenance so your husband if he is in proper address the notice will serve to him and he will come to the court and he will give all the information of the cases or notices which is given against you in the court of law
