Have a registered will, can a new will without registration be made?

There is no restriction on making of new WILL. The last WILL is the final one although Registered WILL has more authenticity and difficult to be challenged . The unregistered WILL can be challenged by the legal heirs in the court as well as through Police by saying that it is a fake WILL and signatures are forged. Multiple WILLS are very dangerous leaving behind lot of disputes and cases. The best way is to register a new WILL with changes and cancellation clause of the earlier WILL to avoid disputes among legal heirs.

It can be mad, there is no bar to execute new Will, but as you told that your last Will Is egistered and if you execute A new Will and That Will you Do not get Register, it may create suspicious circumstances, and your Sec no will may be challenged. If you want you Execute new Will, then kindly Get is register and in new Will must mention " That Will shall supersede my previous Will Dated ----- registered -At. ---.

Yes, but get the registered will revoked first. Unless, the registered will is revoked, new shall not get any cognizance. In case the stake is substantive, please get the original cancelled and need not register new or may get the new registered.

no it has to be registerd again,and adding the reasons why you want to change the earlier will and adding the line that the new will is your will without any undue pressure or coercion and in full senses
