Harassment of wife by husband and his brother

My husband hit me 2days back and told me to leave his home even a year back his brother tried to harass me sexually I told my husband about it but he says it's ok leave it try to forget it I'm going through lots of mental stress now what should I do ?? I have nowhere to go but stay here my parents won't accept me

You must take legal recourse. Since you do't want to leave your husband's home the remedy is to file a complaint of domestic violence against your husband and his brother with details of events, sexual harassment etc. You can get proper relief against your complaint under domestic violence act. If you want to go away then you have multiple remedy like divorce, maintenance, complaint under domestic violence, another complaint regarding dowry demand, pushing you to have sexual relation with his brother, threat to kill etc. I suggest you to discuss personally with an advocate for drafting complaints.
