IN 2017 MY BROTHERS WIFE LODGING A FALSE COMPLAIN VERBLY AGAINST MY BROTHER IN LOCAL POLICE STATION OF JAMSHEDPUR . . THERE AFTER MY BROTHERS WIFE HAD MOVED BY TAKING ALL JWELLERY & OTHER THINGS WITH HER FATHER TO HER PATERNAL PALACE . THEN MY BROTHERS HAD LODGED A COMPLAIN TO SP OFFICE REGARDING THIS & FILE RCR . AFTER RECEIVING CALL FROM SP OFFICE MY BROTHERS WIFE,S FATHER FILE A CASE INTO THE COURT OF BEGUSARAI & AND CLAIMING THAT WE ARE DEMENDING ALTO CAR & I , MY BROTHER & MY FATHER , MY SISTER HAS BEATEN HER. THERE AFTER MY BROTHERS WIFE CALLING FOR SETTLEMENT . MY BROTHER WENT HER SASURAL & SIGNED A PANCHNAMA AFETR FORCING BY 30 PEOPLES OF HER FREINDS & RELATIVES AND AGREED THAT MY SISTER WILL NOT LIVING WITH US . NOW AGAIN IN 2018 SHE HAS STARTED ABUSING MY FATHER FOR PARTITION . CAN MY FATHER FILE A CASE UNDER SINIOR CITIZEN RIGHT. WHAT CAN I DO AS I HAS BEEN LIVING IN GHAZIABAD FOR 26 YEARS WITH MY BROTHER IN MY OWNED HOUSE . CAN MY BROTHER FILE A DIVORCE
Your fathe can file Domestic Violence Act case in Civil Court Jamshedpur and your brother also file Domestic Violence Act case in Civil Court Jamshedpur and it is ground of divorce ,brother can also file with ground of cruelty so you don't worry and file both case for your family

Yes, your father can file case agaist her and at the same time if the property is his self earned,he is not bound to give a single rupee to his daughter- in- law. As per latest judgment of the Hon'ble supreme court your father has every right to disposses any oerson from his own srlf earned property.
