पहली बात तो यह कि जैसा आपने बताया कि आपके पति ने धारा-9 का मुकदमा दायर किया है। तो आपको परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं । आप यदि चाहे तो न्यायालय के समक्ष लिखित तौर पर अपने पति के साथ रहने षर सहमति दे सकतीं हैं।
यदि आप साथ रहना नहीं चाहतीं तो आपको न्यायालय में अलग रहने का कारण सिद्ध करना होगा।
अगर आपके पास मुकदमा लड़ने को पैसा नहीं है तो आप न्यायालय में निशुल्क अधिवक्ता उपलब्ध कराने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र दे सकतीं हैं ।

you can hire a lawyer and defend your side and if he is demanding dowry from yourself you can file a f.i.r under section 498a of i.p.c and 3/4 of dowry prohibition act. you need not to worry about section 9 of Hindu marriage act
