Q: Forcing me to pay AMC even when my contract has 7 years warranty with

Dear Sir, I bought a chairlift from Elite Elevators and I signed a contract with them that I will be given 7 years of Warranty for any malfunction. AMC will start from 8th year which can be either comprehensive or non comprehensive, Plus 2 free visits per year.Now the machine has stopped in the third year and this company wants me to first rectify the problem by paying visit charges (17700) plus parts if required. After this I need to buy AMC or else my warranty will expire.

First of all you have to send legal notice,then thereafter we will file case in consumer forum, and dont worry about it, company has to return your single penny along with intrest, and you also have to provide all the documents related to your purchase so we can send legal notice to the company.

Q: Weeding related issue I face many problems

एक लड़की की शादी हो चुकी थी और मुझे जानकारी नहीं था मै उससे बात करने लगा था एक दिन वो मिलने के लिए बुलाई मै गया वो बोली कि मैं सिंदूर लगा के एक फोटो क्लिक करूं आपके साथ देखूं मै कैसी लगती हु मैने कहा ठीक है वो फोटो क्लिक की फिर एक महीने बाद मुझे पता चला उसका शादी हो गया है और मैं उससे बात करना बंद कर दिया अब वो फोटो को दिखा कर मुझे ब्लैक मेल कर रही है बोल रही है अपने मुझसे शादी किया है जब की मैन ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया है तो मैं आगे क्या करू यह मुझे कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है

Sir first of all apko darne ki koi jariorat nhi hai ap ko hum safely bacha lenge bas apko hamse milna hai hum apko sab samjha denge aap ko kuch nhi hoga promise hai hamara, apke pass aisa koi proof hoga jo saabit kare ki uski saadi kisi aur se pehle ho vhuki hai

Q: Court Issued Legal Heir Certificate

My mother passed away last year and she has some shares and mutual funds in her demat account . I want to get them transferred to my father's account and hence need a court issued legal heir certificate or a succession certificate.

Yes you have to file a succession suit in civil court to get that shares and mutual funds in your father account more we can discuss. documents you needed is death certificate of your mother and details of other legal heir including your father.
