She lodged lied complain in women police station on the same day. And alleged that my husband and his brother beaten me and demanded for Rs 200000 and ran away from house. And also complain that he takes dowry of Rs 600000. I want to divorce her. In such case what step I should take.

first of all u must show all documents in women police station and prove that this is false. secondly if you want to go for divorce you to file a case for divorce in family court where u have filed section 9 on grounds of cruelty and desertion. for more brief u may call me to discuss and how to proceed so as to get success.
