I have taken divorce through the Muslim Shariat in 2019 and my ex-wife has file case U/S 125 of CRPC for maintenance. and I'm ready to pay for her. But in one time full and final amount. I don't want to pay her hole life. because there is the reason if I go monthly directly or indirectly me and my family will be in their contacts.
And they always threaten to kill. So I want a full and final settlement inside/outside the court. as soon as possible
Due to Covid-19, the case is not started till now.
