Fraud and harassment by sister and brother in law

after my father's Death my sister and brother-in-law took 15 lakh from my mother with fraud. and when the mother was unwell, she left her at my house. Now without any reason my brother-in-law calls me and makes filthy abuses. how do I take legal action?
You can file a detailed application before Mahila Aayog Bihar in this regard. You can send this application by post, giving your phone number and address. They will take appropriate action. Local police will be not fruitful, therefore you may file before City SP also. Your mother can file a criminal case for cheating and fraud
