Forcefully married when I'm jobless

How to get my independence life back when I forcefully married with someone, After marriage also I'm not happy with my wife and family. They always fight each other(wife Vs parents) all separated but still fighting. I'm mentally harassed by these members. Please give me solution.

you can file for divorce but there are certain grounds for divorce before going for divorce it can also be resolved by counceling, if both of you agree then you can file for mutual consent divorce, but there are certain time to get divorce. but the issue should be discussed in person with Advocate to take any step

If you're not interested with your matrimonial life then you can apply for divorce. You have right to apply for divorce only after 1 year completion of Marriage. If you need time to settle with your life then inform them the same that you need time to settle with matrimonial life.
