when a man forcefully do marriage registration with a women but after one year, the women don't want to live with him then what should she do?

divorce petition file kare saath hi ek f.i.r registerd karaye husband ke against mentally and physically harressement ke liye divorce petition ke saath hi ap 125 for maintenance bhi file kare aur domestic violence ka complaint

if a merriage organized by forcefully and the women don't want to live with her husband and husband behaviour not so good against her wife then there are many options to live serprate. simplest option is file the divorce case against him if your want to maintenance then file the maintenance suit if your want to get him behind the bar then file the dowry case against him

She must go to the family court to file divorce petition and she also can demand maintenance from her husband. you must visit to a good lawyer of your district and must do according to his or her suggestion. Have patience and don't think yourself weak. I can assure you that justice is with you.
