Forced Marriage by parents with constant emotional torture

Hello Sir/Mam,
I know someone who is being forcefully married by her parents. Now due to lockdown and Covid the situation is worse. The girl is currently in Pune, and she is just 24, she has been beaten up at home by her father and mother constantly and been facing constant emotional torture. So far I have been successful in talking with her and stopping her from commiting suicide but I do not know how long I can hold her from that. She is a working women with a decent IT job. I want to help her but I do no know what actions I can take. I am posting this on 19june 2020 for the record. I hope I get few suggestions so that I can take some action.

What her boy friend is doing. 24 year is not a small age. She should have married by now
You may file Writ Petition called HABEAS CORPUS in which the High Court direct the police to produce the girl in th the Court then she will be at liberty to go any where.

you can directly file a police complaint in the area where the girl is residing, but when the police come for enquiry she should tell the truth instead of bring afraid, further you say she is a working woman then I think she has to fight for her rights, she can also file case for domestic violence and she can download raksha app and call the police any time, but when she is working, she can engage a lawyer file Petition in court and get seperate residence order with protection orders as required from court.
