Finding it difficult to maintain mental peace in in-laws house

06-Jun-2024 (In Family Law)
I married a man with whom I was in relationship for past 8 years. It's an intercaste and interfaith marriage. after marriage, I found out that my father in law is a chainsmoker and my brother in law has TB which can be spread to others. The house has no proper ventilation. I don't feel physically safe in that house, and don't want to live there. Can I stay with my parents untill brother in law completes his treatment?
