Family pensioner matter for education department in uttar pradesh

मामला यह है की मूल पेंशनर की डेथ 2014 में हो गई तबसे अभी तक उनकी पहली पत्नी को फैमिली पेंशन मिल रही थी। अभी हाल ही में उनकी पहली पत्नी की डेथ हो गई अब दूसरी पत्नी ने फैमिली पेंशन का दावा किया है। अब क्या दूसरी पत्नी को फैमिली पेंशन मिल पाएगी?

Aap matter kaun si district ka hai and aap ka religion kaun sa hai second wife marriage is void he is not claim pension of husband. Agar aap ka name service book hai to aap ko pension mil sakti hai otherwise nhi

दूसरी पत्नी के साथ विवाह के समय अगर पहली पत्नी के साथ विवाह विद्यमान है विवाह समाप्त नही हुआ है ऐसे हाल में दूसरी पत्नी नियमानुसार पेंशन नही प्राप्त कर सकती वर्तमान में अधिक जानकारी के लिए मेरे प्रोफ़ाइल पर सम्पर्क करिये
