Family Dispute With Wife Please Give The Right Solution

My wife filed FIR under IPC 354,376,120B against my elder brother then my mother filed NCR under IPC 323,504,506 then wife filed Crpc 125, DV-12, 156(3)-406,156(3)-498A,323,504,506,307& DP Act 3/4. Now what should I do please suggest

agrieved person should go to for anticipatory bail in section 438 crpc to all and after that should go for trial in the court on the basis of sufficient evidence against the compliment and also quashing the FIR in the High Court according section 482 crpc.
